How do you reach the sales contact?

The sales contact is Felipe Iglesias, Business Development. Reach him directly by email at [email protected] or by phone at +86 13126536955. There is no web form between you and the answer — your message goes straight to a person who can read a drawing and answer a tolerance question, not a ticket queue.

Direct contact matters because a quote is a technical conversation, not a data-entry task. When you email a drawing, the reply comes back with a design-for-manufacturing review — which features are easy, which are expensive, which tolerances hold and which need a conversation — rather than an automated price.

What should you include in your first message?

The more complete the first message, the faster and more accurate the quote. Include the five things that determine a machining quote, and you will not get a round of clarifying questions back.

Missing items do not block the quote; they just add a round of questions. If you have only a napkin sketch and a rough idea, send that — the DFM review will tell you what is missing and what it costs.

Which languages can you communicate in?

The sales team works in English, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish and French. The primary contact, Felipe Iglesias, communicates in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Chinese; Japanese is handled by Anna Tian, our Japan market leads. Write in whichever of these you handle most precisely — a technical conversation is clearer in your first language, and the numbers are what carry the meaning.

Where is the factory, and how do you reach it?

The factory is at No. 8, Shuibian Songyuan Road, Hengli Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China 523470. For buyers who want to see the floor before ordering, a live video walkthrough is available on request — machines running, inspection area, and the material verification at the door — so the first "visit" needs no plane ticket.

Dongguan sits in the Pearl River Delta, about an hour from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, which makes an in-person audit straightforward for buyers already in southern China. Ask for the walkthrough or the audit in the same email as your drawing, and both can be arranged together.

What happens after you send a drawing?

Your drawing goes to an engineer, not a sales script. The reply — usually within one business day — is a design-for-manufacturing review and a quote. The DFM review is the useful part: it flags features that are hard to hold, tolerances that are tighter than the part needs, and any change that would cut cost or lead time.

This is the difference between a factory and a price list. A price list quotes what you drew; a DFM review tells you what the drawing will actually cost to make and whether a small change saves you real money. That conversation happens before you commit, not after the parts are cut.

How do you protect drawings you have not shared yet?

If your drawing is proprietary, protection is arranged before you send it. Customer IP is handled as standard — paper documents in an access-controlled secure space, electronic data on encrypted drives — and a confidentiality agreement can be put in place first if your program requires one.

Ask for the NDA in your first message, and the agreement is set up before any file changes hands. The point is that you should not have to choose between getting a quote and keeping a drawing confidential; both can be arranged in the same exchange.

Why is there no web form on this page?

Deliberately. A web form sits between you and the person who can answer, and a form that is not wired to a real inbox is worse than none at all — your inquiry disappears and you never find out. Direct email and phone mean your message reaches a named person who can read a drawing and reply with substance.

If you prefer a scheduled call or a video walkthrough instead of email, say so in the message and it can be arranged. The channel is less important than the outcome: a quote with a DFM review, from a person who can answer your tolerance questions directly.

What this shop actually runs

A buyer asking for capability evidence should get a specific answer. The facility behind this guide operates 100+ CNC machines across a 6,800 m2 plant in Dongguan, China, with 100+ staff. The machine list by category:

  • 5-axis machining centres (10+) - Mazak VARIAXIS I-600 (510/910/510 mm travel, 12,000 rpm, 22 kW, 71.6 N·m, 30-tool BT40) and Mazak INTEGREX I-250H S (B-axis 0.0001°, 24 kW, 124 N·m, 38-tool HSK-A63). Chosen for compound-angle parts, single-setup multi-face prismatic work, and aerospace fittings where datum transfer loss is unacceptable.
  • 3-axis / 4-axis machining centres (50+) - Brother SPEEDIO S500Z2N / S700Z2N (10,000 rpm, 14/21-tool ATC, 0.7 s tool-to-tool, Z-axis 2.2 G) and Mazak VCE-430A L / VCE-570C L (10,000 rpm, 118 N·m, 24-tool ATC). Chosen for prismatic parts, plates, brackets, housings.
  • Swiss-type turning centres (10+) - Citizen Cincom A20-3F7 (Φ20 mm, 10,000 rpm), TSUGAMI B0206-III / B0205-III (Φ20 mm, 0.1 µm), STAR SR-32JII / SR-32J Type N (Φ32 mm, 8,000 rpm). Chosen for long, slender rotational parts at ±0.002 mm.
  • CNC turning centres (20+) - HEADMAN T70M/1250 (720 mm swing, 117 mm bore, 3,000 rpm, BMT75 12-station turret). Chosen for shafts, bushings, flanges up to ±0.002 mm.
  • Wire EDM (5+) - Sodick AQ535L (550/350/300 mm travel, ±20° taper, 800 kg workpiece). Chosen for hardened tool steel, internal splines, sharp internal corners that milling cannot reach.
  • Inspection: Hexagon CMM + 20+ gauges - Hexagon CMM for coordinate measurement, plus vision system, profilometer, hardness tester, coating thickness gauge, XRF for material verification. The 10:1 rule (gauge 10x more accurate than the band) is applied to every feature.
  • Machine highlights - VARIAXIS I-600: one-setup multi-face 5-axis + MAZA-CHECK auto-calibration; INTEGREX I-250H S: DONE-IN-ONE mill-turn, B-axis 0.0001° + Ai thermal shield; SPEEDIO S500Z2N / S700Z2N: Z-axis 2.2 G + 0.7 s ATC; Swiss-type: guide-bush switchable + 0.1 µm resolution.

Tolerance bands held: ±0.003 mm on CNC milling, ±0.002 mm on CNC turning, ±0.002 mm on precision grinding and wire EDM. Capability indices: Ppk >= 1.67 initial on key characteristics; Cpk >= 1.33 ongoing in production.
